living with clear vision & daily detox

Wooohooooo I can see the world!! HD vision!! Both surgeries for my cataract in both eyes went well. However, the cataract in left eye was very thick and there is still “dirty” stuff clinging onto my eye capsule and surgeon couldn’t clear it all away during the operation so he just left it as further cleaning might damage my eye capsule. So at the moment I have 20/20 vision in right eye and hazy vision in left eye still. The haziness could easily be cleared away through laser in another 6 weeks time.

I am using three types of eye drops: antibiotic, anti-inflammatory (steroid) and non-steroid anti-inflammatory. I have to use all three for 4 weeks. I noticed the skin around my eyes flaking off very nicely because of the steroid drops. I am anti about using it but dr says if any infection and swelling happens the treatment would mean more steroids so I will just keep using those drops. I’m just scared of another rebound after I stop the drops. so annoying but most important is sorting out my eyes first so I will keep using the drops until treatment ends.

I am wearing reading glasses to write this entry now and its very clear but sometimes I don’t’ need use reading glasses for the computer screen. so I think my vision is still not perfect and needs time to correct itself over time.

life could not get better with clear vision Smile with tongue out I see that my baby has very dark eyebrows now LOL funny that! I see all those bruises my 2 year old has on his legs from jumping around and falling etc Broken heart. I see bits and pieces of toys my boys have been throwing around and have been lost and now found lol. I’m much more cleaner as I see my dead skin alllll around now and clean it up more often Smile with tongue out  it’s these little things that really come to my appreciation for my restored vision now.

I went on a family outing last Saturday and it was much fun being about to see so clearly again and enjoy time with my family Red heart

keep-calm-and-write-your-thesis-11Thesis writing resuming. I needa start working on my thesis again. time just flies through so fast. the biggest problem I have is that I think I still have a lot of time and it’s not just with my thesis. it’s with everything in life. I need to work on the things I enjoy and spend more time with my parents, I shouldn’t be wasting time just bumming around. I sure do need to relax and be kind to myself etc at times but I must not indulge in those moments for too long.

BTW I have updated my “First post – background history” as I was configuring what to write in a interview for Leslie’s TSW book (see his blog post on: Community Project I’m Working On). and OMG just thinking back I have been through TSW so many times (this is my 7th time from memory) and god who knows how many actual times I rebounded in between those times. I feel so dumb to have gone through it so many times and not know that it was TSW but also I didn’t know that AFTER the NASTY TSW journey – THERE IS MY CURE. But I know now. I guess all things happen at a certain time for a reason. Steroids have ruined my life in many aspects even though I have learned lots too. But I will never go back to steroids for temporary relief and comfort. It’s like drinking alcohol to fix your hang over. Why do that to get temporary relief when it will just make my hangover worse later or longer to pass? So after these steroid eye drops I hope it’s the last time I touch steroids. I am not phobic of it but just very anti as it is only a quick fix, I’d rather find a ultimate cure to the real issue.

spring-cleanSo Chinese New Years is coming up and traditionally we all do a super big clean before the New Year arrives as this considers sweeping away any bad luck that may have accumulated over the past year. And I’m usually not superstitious and follow all these traditions but since I was in such a bad state last year I really wanted to follow this tradition this year! But its was hard as I had so much dead skin around the house ewww and there was so much to do as my husband doesn’t time to do house chores other than working and looking after boys for a bit when he’s not working. So I did it all and I still haven't yet finished….and I was sweating a lot and my rashes started to sting and I got all itchy and just anxious that my TSW is gonna go backwards again. I told myself not to stress as I have done a lot already and I can just keep cleaning away bit by bit as the days pass.

My face scabs are red as I was stressed cleaning yesterday and starting itching and scratching Sad smile but the areas are getting smaller very slowly. lips are a little cracked. I think I have gone backwards in my TSW journey compared to a few weeks ago. My hand are at it’s worst so I am unhappy about that… my “paper cuts” are also coming back cos of dryness and too much work with the hands. rashes are dying down slowly on the rest of my body and legs they look pretty much the same tho so I didn’t take a photo.

Also I am not having a smooth bowel motion. Sorry it maybe too much info but I thought I need to mention this because it’s very important that we have bowel motion everyday, better twice a day. It helps get rid of toxins and wastes in our body esp when we are going to TSW. After water fasting, it really rebooted my digestive system and I was eating very healthy for about 2-3 months. As soon as I got up (even tho I had not sleep then) I needed to rush to the toilet for bowel motion. I felt really good after the waste and toxins were all out. Now I don’t have bowel motion every morning so I feel that something is out of place. I have been eating a lot of junk food lately. I need to start eating healthy again.

Below is how our body detox’s on a daily basis. Took me a while to find something in English!! I hope this maybe useful for some people. That’s why when we sleep well everything else seems better the next day, it is because at night time our organs repair itself so we are all re-charged the next day to function properly. if we don’t sleep well, we don’t give time for our organs to repair itself and it gets overloaded with toxins day by day from stress, bad lifestyle and bad diet.

Health Repair Table:

Lungs: 3am-5am Bladder: 3pm-5pm
Large intestine: (or colon) 5am-7am Kidneys: 5pm-7pm
Stomach: 7am-9am Pancreas: 7pm-9pm
Spleen: 9am-11am Blood Vessels and Arteries: 9pm-11pm
Heart: 11am-1pm Gallbladder: 11pm –1am
Small Intestines: 1pm-3pm Liver: 1am-3am

Lungs: The lungs are the first organs of the day that are up for repair and maintenance. Lungs begins loosening the poisoning waste between 3 to 5 a.m., and when you awaken, this is why you cough sometimes. Your lungs are trying to expel the loosened waste. If you are coughing in the morning, this indicates that your diet and lifestyle needs tweaking.

Large Intestine or Colon: 5 to 7 a. m. is the time for this organ. A healthy colon needs water to do its job properly, which is flushing waste matter 24/7. The morning is the most important time to drink plenty of water for this process, and the worst time to have caffeine. Caffeine is a diuretic and takes water away from your colon to your kidneys and bladder for evacuation. Your body needs water in the morning to do its repair and maintenance of the large intestine and colon. This helps you maintain digestion, normalize weight, slow down the ageing process. When you irrigate your system every morning with pure water (up to 32 oz.) your health improves. If you wait until you have a bowel movement before you eat in the morning, this is also healthier for your colon.

Stomach: Between 7 and 9 a.m., the stomach is repairing and does not need a big meal to deal with. While the large intestine and colon needs fluid to repair properly in the morning, the stomach needs very little. Start with fluids (pure water or fresh juiced vegetables) or fresh fruit that is easily digested. However, if you can, drink only fluids in the morning for optimal health.

Spleen: From 9 to 11 a.m. the spleen gets cleaned.During this time/process or when the spleen is in a weakened state, you may suffer with allergies or not be able to shake a cold or flu. This is because the spleen works with the liver and your immune system. A healthy spleen produces antibodies when there is an infection and constantly watches the blood for invaders.

Heart: The time for heart repairs is between 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Your body is removing waste from the heart and you may sometimes notice a rapid heartbeat, double beats and/or skipping beats. Seventy percent of heart attacks occur when the heart is in its repair period.

Small Intestines: Have you noticed that between 1 to 3 p.m. you are more apt to have indigestion, pain and bloating? If this happens, two things could be wrong: 1. Your diet is not what it should be and your food is not digesting; 2. Your diet is causing problems that are now causing you stress. A proper diet will help take care of these problems.

Kidneys and Bladder: From 3 to 7 p.m. you may notice you’re tired and want a nap. When the kidneys are healthy and working properly, you’ll feel energetic at that time, not tired.

Pancreas: Between 7 to 9 p.m. do you have intense cravings for sweets or processed carbohydrates that turn to sugar immediately in the system? The kidneys regulate the pancreas, and if you do consume sweets during that period, you may notice low back pain, which is a kidney symptom. The kidneys, bladder and pancreas are all parts of the same whole. If you need a nap early in the evening it is just your pancreas, as directed by your kidneys, putting you out so it can do its repairs.

Blood Vessels and Arteries: From 9 to 11 p.m. the blood vessels go into repair mode. The impact on the body is: headaches, weakness while vessels are in heavy repair.

Liver and Gallbladder: Between 11 p.m. to 3 a. m. these two guys go into action. Do you ever have nights when you can’t sleep at this time? This means that waste is not being processed by your liver and it acts as an irritant to your body causing insomnia and frayed nerves. Your brain just won’t stop.

  5. We are pulling for you at ITSAN and there are definite signs of healing going on! Don't be dismayed at what seems to be a step back as the healing is always happening underneath it all just like a home remodeling project. :) The body is amazing at healing itself and runs into areas that need extra work so it cycles over and over to heal that area. You are coming along and will be a huge help to others on this hellish road. Hang in there, you are one tough warrior! xo
